Location Area
Our services are available throughout Ibiza, 7 days a week, ensuring you can enjoy a relaxing spa experience wherever you are on the island.
We also operate worldwide for certain bookings, for example like our Organic Fertility Therapy program or larger bookings.
Reservations & Arrivals

Booking: We recommend booking your treatments in advance to secure your preferred time and service. When scheduling, please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that might affect your treatment choice.

Arrival: We advise arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for check-in and relaxation. For mobile treatments, our therapists will arrive at the time of your appointment to set up and ensure a timely start. Please ensure you are present to welcome them.

Payment: Payments are accepted in Euros. All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Advance Notice: A minimum of 90 minutes’ notice is required for all mobile treatment bookings to allow for preparation and travel.

Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time to avoid inconvenience to other clients. If the therapist needs to wait for more than 30 minutes, a waiting fee of 50% of the treatment rate will be charged. After 60 minutes, the full treatment rate will apply.

Travel Supplement: For treatments conducted more than 15km from Ibiza Town, a €10 travel supplement applies to 60-minute treatments. This fee is waived for treatments lasting 90 minutes or more.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: You may cancel your appointment without penalty up to 24 hours before the service start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a charge of the full service cost.
